about
I am a PhD student at Chalmers University of Technology, advised by Fredrik Johansson and Devdatt Dubhashi. I received an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in November 2018, where I majored in physics and minored in mathematics and statistics. I obtained my master's in statistics at Yildiz Technical University in August 2022.
I am currently in the Healthy AI Lab at Chalmers. My research focuses on non-linear independent component analysis and causal representation learning. I have broad machine learning experience across NLP, outlier detection, and neural graphics.
research interests
- Non-linear independent component analysis
- Contrastive learning and downstream guarantees
- Identifiable latent variable models for decision-making
- Robust statistics and outlier detection
